The team at Ela Motors were recently involved in the running of the Toyota Sepik Golf Open here in beautiful Wewak.
This year’s event marked a special milestone as it was the 35th Anniversary of this event. As the home town of the PNG Prime Minister Grand Chief Sir Michael Somare, who is a regular attendee at this event, the Open attracts a crowd from all over PNG who come to Wewak for the golf, the hospitality and the weekends activities. Such is the demand that Air Niugini put on a charter flight to cater for the additional attendees. The Ela Motors branch of Wewak put on a great event and impressed all with their professional approach, welcoming manner and support for the community.
